With color of your choice and an H hook, ch 35 (I used Peaches & Cream in a green and white verrigated).
Row 1: Sc in second ch from hook and across; ch 2 turn
Row 2: HDC in each st across; ch 1 turn
Row 3: Sc in each st across; ch 2 turn
Row 4-25: Repeat rows 2 and 3
Fold "wallet" in half and single crochet the left and right sides together. Turn wallet inside out and tada!
Embellish as you wish :)
Thanks for the pattern. I am going to use your pattern to make a tablet cover. Mine of course will be longer and I will put two folds, one at the bottom, and another at the top to make a flat which can be buttoned closed. Thanks for showing me how beautiful the stitches are together.
